About

Built for quiet command.

Zero-8 is Eamon Anderson — eleven years in the Army, five as an aerospace engineer, now building AI systems for small businesses and teaching owners to run them. The standard has not changed across any of it: understand the situation, remove the noise, make the next decision easier.

How I work

Operating principles.

These are the same four whether I am coaching one owner, running a workshop, or building something custom.

Understand before building

The real constraint is almost never the technology. Most of the value is in working out what actually goes wrong in your week, before anything gets built.

Honest over impressive

You will be told what this can do, what it cannot verify, and where AI is the wrong answer. A demo that only works in a demo is worth nothing on a Tuesday.

Authority stays with you

AI drafts. You are the professional. Nothing reaches a client without your judgment on it, because it still carries your name.

You keep what we build

Prompts, tools, and accounts live in your logins. Nothing built together is hostage to me staying involved.

The name

Zero-8.

A former call sign, kept because it is short, it is mine, and it promises nothing it cannot do.

Direct accountability

You work with me, not a bench.

There is no account manager and no handoff. The person who scopes the work is the person who does it, which is the main reason I keep the number of clients small.
